Worst company to buy any product from
Please do not waste your money on Lloyd worst company you can choose to get a AC. I ordered AC which was showing to be delivered within 2 days from the date I ordered and it was actually delivered after 6 days and these whole days I did not have the contact details of the delivery agent who used to get the product out for delivery everyday and then falsly mark a fake delivery attempt without even trying to deliver. Even Amazon customer care did not have any answers for this and they kept me waiting mentioning it will arrive today and actually they do not have any idea by when It will be delivered. Finally when I received the AC there was installation kit missing in it and amazon did not returned the product. Lloyd service centre installed the AC with charging me extra for missing accessories. Finally when the AC was installed and I was charged 2300 rs just for installing the AC and the missing accesories. I did not got the bill for the payment I made so that I can not verify the charges of service and the installation agent always claimed that I will be get the bill which I actually did not get. Now after 2 weeks the AC is not working, Lloyd service center is not responding my service request is just waiting to be oicked up by the service centre for almost 3 days and my money is completely wasted now. I would suggest to go for another AC

Poor product and service
I purchased two air conditioners. One is giving very soft sound and another one gives very loud sound. I complaint twice. They sent technician but could not satisfy me. I asked for replacement of the concerned AC but technician say installation is causing the problem which I did not agree. They say Amazon can only replace.

Good product and value for money after card offers 👍
Not so good not so bad equally stable product and they didn’t give coper pipe and wire. we purchase by own cooling is good room cooling in 200 square foot 5 to 10 min max at 24 degree build quality 100/60 other wise hood product
