Had to upgrade to windows 11.
So far I like this computer. It took me a while though to figure out the USB plug for my keyboard was inside the mouse compartment otherwise set was super easy. My personal preference is black. I don't much care for everything white. I really like the face recognition for logging on. My old computer is not compatible for windows 11.

Computer being sold that does not work!
This HP All-in-one Desktop product turned out to be a piece of junk. It worked fine for a couple of weeks. Then for no explainable reason, the computer locked me out. Nothing worked. All had is a fixed blue screen that was not working. I even hired experts to see if it could be rescued --- nothing worked. Amazon socked me an approximate 50% restocking fee on the $1416.43 price including tax. I recommend customers to stay away from this seller. Actually, Amazon should be held responsible because they allowed this seller to be on Amazon's website!

Where is the rest of my refund?
Received a HP desktop with the faulty wireless keyboard so had to return it and the company is trying to keep about half of what I paid for the desktop! And it took days to process my refund after they received the desktop back. I will update this review if the situation is resolved
