A very good kit that comes with everything you need. Swapping the sticks over can be tricky, so definitely only worry about it if your sticks are drifting, but hopefully these should last for a really long time.

I had some sticking on one of my sticks, so this was ordered to replace that stick, but I did both just to make them match in both quality and wear and tear. They are fairly easy to install if you are competent at dismantling and replacing components as there is no guide here, but there are some youtube videos you can use to help guide you, but be warned you will need to be able to remove the old sticks with a solder removal tool. I have a desoldering gun so I had no problems, but you would need a cheap solder sucker at a minimum. Once installed, they work pretty well, I am not a pro gamer or anything but I couldn't really tell there was any real difference in quality from the OEM parts. They work well and seem not to have a huge dead zone when centred, which is nice to see. I am impressed and would certainly use these again if needed.

Spent long time to desolder old stick just to find out new one have not fix the problem. Drift still present. I’m getting over 20% of error after calibration.

When moving the stick to the left it rubs and you can feel it. It isn't smooth. If you click the stick in and move it, it has no problem but you won't have it pushed in all the time.
